How is My PC tested?

• Our PCS go through a 3-day torture test prior to shipping & a 99% ISO-ALCOHOL SPRAY BATH.

Does My PC come with a Warranty?

• 10 Year Labor & Upgrade Warranty (Parts are warrantied through their manufacturer which ranges from 3-5 years.)
• No Physical damage or abuse to the PC is covered under the warranty. Upgrade labor is covered.
• EXAMPLE: The PC dies in the second year from normal use, can Viridian help me?
• YES, you will pay shipping to me, I will cover the repair and cover shipping back to you. If you want to troubleshoot before shipping, please schedule a time with me and I'll help!
• EXAMPLE: I want to upgrade my graphics card, can Viridian help me
• YES, we love to help and educate. If you want to video chat, we can guide you on how to install a new part, ANY part. OR, just ship us the PC and we will upgrade your requested part for just the cost of the part and the shipping.

Can I pay you Later? Or do you work with Budgets?

• WE CAN WORK WITH A BUDGET, PLEASE LET US KNOW. There are payment plans through KLARNA at checkout and layaway through our store itself.

Can I Customize?

• IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION, A CUSTOM REQUEST, A LASER ENGRAVING IDEA, FAN COVER IDEA, CUSTOM COLOR CORDING IDEA, CUSTOM GPU SUPPORT IDEA, CASE MODIFICATION, PART MANUFACTURER REQUEST, CUSTOM PART REQUEST, ECT, ECT, ECT. I have done it all, seen it all. PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

Can we Speak?

• I am able to speak via ETSY, our website, over the phone, live stream, text - Whatever is easiest for you. I am also available if you have questions or issues using your PC.

How do you Ship my PC?

• We only ship via FedEx Fully Insured with Signature Tracking. You will need to be home to receive your PC. Boxes are double walled, with custom molded packing foam surrounding the entire PC and, in most cases, custom packing foam inside of the PC to support and protect parts as well.
